Miss Red Wing Cammy Nelson

Cammy is the daughter of Charley and Maureen Nelson.  As a candidate, Cammy was graciously sponsored by A Scrapper's Story in Red Wing.   Cammy is currently a Freshman at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where she is majoring in Communications and minoring in Womens Studies and Psychology. While at school, Cammy spends time helping the theatre deparment on campus in the costume shop and she continues working with self-esteem workshops. 

 As a Junior in high school, Cammy spent three days on the set of the major motion picture "The Women" where she interviewed the cast, including Meg Ryan, Annette Bening, Debra Messing and Jada Pinkett Smith, on their definitions of real beauty.  The documentary "The Women Behind The Women" was created through the Dove Self Esteem Fund (DSEF) and launched on Dove.com along with a series of blogs about Cammy's experiences from her first day on set to her walk down the red carpet.  Cammy was also featured in the October 2008 issue of Cosmogirl magazine.

Because of her work with the DSEF, Cammy was also featured as 'actionist of the week' for January 7th, 2010, at seventeen.com

 Princess Amanda Faas  
   Miss Congeniality    

Amanda is the daughter of Mark and Trincy Faas.  Allure School of Cosmetology graciously sponsored her as a candidate.  Amanda is currently a Freshman at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa.  Her major is Business and Administration with a minor in Communication/Public Relations.  Amanda has been playing for the school's tennis team, intramural volleyball and basketballs teams, and has been involved with campus bible studies, building community on campus and is planning a missions trip to New York over spring break. 

While at Red Wing high school Amanda participated on the softball team and was a manager for the football team.

 Princess Chelsie Hinrichs  

Chelsie is the daughter of Gary and Laurie Hinrichs.  Hallstrom's Florist graciously sponsored Chelsie as a candidate.  Chelsie is currently a Freshman at Winona State University, majoring in English Education.  She is a member of the university's intramural volleyball team, and is a member of her dorm's hall council.

While at Red Wing high school, Chelsie kept busy while participating in volleyball, track, figure skating, Faith Keepers, and colorguard for the marching band.
